{"id":33522,"date":"2018-09-24T16:12:15","date_gmt":"2018-09-24T14:12:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spanish.rberzal.com\/mahou-back-to-school-party\/"},"modified":"2025-11-06T17:49:49","modified_gmt":"2025-11-06T16:49:49","slug":"mahou-back-to-school-party","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/spanish.rberzal.com\/es\/mahou-back-to-school-party\/","title":{"rendered":"MAHOU BACK TO SCHOOL PARTY"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday 17<sup>th<\/sup> of September we were delighted to hold our second Mahou Informal Party of 2018 in collaboration with\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/es\/single-member\/?userid=243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mahou San Miguel,<\/a> Patron of the Chamber,\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/es\/single-member\/?userid=204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hispania<\/a>, member of the Chamber, at their gorgeous flagship restaurant in the heart of the City. The restaurant spans over 9,000 square feet and forms part of the historical Lloyds Bank building while showcasing the best of Spanish lifestyle, gastronomy and culture.<\/p>\n\n<p>Conveniently located for most of our attendees and with a beautiful sunset outside, the upstairs space started to fill up quickly and there was a relaxed atmosphere as guests caught up with one another after a long summer break and established new connections. The bar certainly proved to be a popular meeting point as guests enjoyed chilled Mahou beers whilst enjoying <a href=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/es\/single-member\/?userid=204\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hispania<\/a>\u2019s delicious tapas that were circulating around the room. These included <em>empanada de at\u00fan<\/em>, <em>croquetas<\/em>, <em>ensaladilla rusa<\/em> and a selection of <em>jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico<\/em> and cheeses, finished off with chocolate and pistachio brownies.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mahou is one of Spain\u2019s most prominent beer brands and has been a vital part of Madrid\u2019s gastronomy culture for over 125 years. \u00a0It has a clean, refreshing flavour which makes it the ideal companion for Spanish cuisine.<\/p>\n\n<p>We would like to thank everyone who attended this event and helped to make it such a wonderful evening, with a special mention to our sponsor for the event, <a href=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/es\/single-member\/?userid=243\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Mahou San Miguel<\/a>, for making it all possible.<\/p>\n<p>Pictures of the evening will be uploaded soon.
