Javier L\u00f3pez Arbina, born and raised in Valladolid, is the perfect ambassador of Castilla y Le\u00f3n to do so. He knows well all the produce this land has to offer with over 60 products guaranteed by any quality designation, its traditions and places to visit within this historic region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Castilla y Le\u00f3n has indeed a rich gastronomic heritage, favoured by its extensive and varied recipe book, but also by the quality and diversity of its provisions. This is why Head Chef Enrique Garc\u00eda though about making a deconstructed version of his most recognisable dish: Cocido, all made with Castilla y Le\u00f3n produce. It will be offered during these three days to bring to your table the real taste of each ingredient from this fairy-tale like land also called \u00abTierra de castillos\u00bb (<em>The Land of Castles<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\"><strong>Enrique Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Arbina\u00b4s Head Chef, will also explain what has inspired him to create this delicious set menu based in <em>The land of Castles<\/em> as Castilla y L\u00e9on is known.
