This two-hour workshop provided attendees with useful tools and techniques that would help them communicate more effectively and strengthen interpersonal relations.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Our Secretary General, <strong>Igor Urra<\/strong>, gave a warm welcome to all attendees on behalf of our institution and gave the floor to <strong>Ms. Alina Maraghelis<\/strong>, the speaker for this session.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3820\" style=\"width: 3274px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3820\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3820\" src=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/img_3553.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3553\" width=\"3264\" height=\"2448\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-3820\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ms. Alina Maraghelis, the speaker from Dale Carnegie Training.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>To kick off, she introduced the objectives of Dale Carnegie\u2019s programme and talked about the three essential aspects to keep in mind in order to achieve success, what is also known as the Triangle for Success or Pyramid of Success: Skills, Knowledge and Attitude.<\/p>\n<p>After that, Alina briefly highlighted the importance of using memory links while communicating. This explanation was followed by some practical exercises in which attendees were put to the test and had to remember the name of the rest by linking them to images and ideas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3821\" style=\"width: 2458px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3821\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3821\" src=\"https:\/\/spanish.en-desarrollo.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/img_3558.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_3558\" width=\"2448\" height=\"3264\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-3821\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">All the participants had the chance to put into practice their memorization skills with some practical exercises.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Taking as a reference Dale Carnegie\u2019s \u201cHow to Win Friends and Influence People\u201d, she went on to explain the main principles that apply if we are to improve human relations in an effective way and mentioned how emotional and behavioural changes in individuals lead to better results in their communication styles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Once the session finished, Alina encouraged attendees to share their thoughts and comment on her contributions.
