On Wednesday 7th <\/sup>October, we held our latest Elevator Pitch networking event. This edition took place at La Tasca, in the heart of Covent Garden, member of the Spanish Chamber. Patricia Israel, Sales and Events Executive, welcomed everyone on behalf of La Tasca and led the attendees to the unique and characteristic room where the event took place.<\/p>\n

On this occasion, the event was chaired by Igor Urra, Secretary General of the Spanish Chamber and Mar\u00eda Prieto, the Events and Communication Co-ordinator.\u00a0 After a brief presentation, each attendee had 2 minutes to give a concise and concrete introduction about\u00a0their company\u2019s main line of activity and services they provided. Having done so, there was a second opportunity for each participant to ask questions to the rest of participants.<\/p>\n

We also had the support of Ignacio Riaza, from Elixir Consulting, who brought pc tablets to the event for everyone attending with a specific app on them that was created exclusively for the occasion. The tool made the morning more interactive and companies\u2019 presentations more illustrative.\u00a0 We are grateful to Elixir for their kind contribution.<\/p>\n

For those of you that have never attended or heard of the Elevator Pitch, let us explain how it works briefly:\u00a0 the main purpose of this event is to provide participants with the possibility to expand their network and to explore synergies and avenues of collaboration with the rest of attendees.<\/p>\n

Should you be interested in participating in such event, there are just a couple of things you need to know before signing up for it the next time. Firstly, there is a maximum of 14 places available and only one participant per company can attend. Besides this, only two companies from the same sector are able to attend each edition, since we promote diversity within our participants.<\/p>\n

In this edition there was a wide variety of sectors represented such as Public Relations, Legal Services, Restaurant and Catering Services, Recruitment, Digital Communications, Events Organisers, Outsourcing Services, Fintech, Hotels, and Recruitment Services.<\/p>\n

We would also like take this opportunity to thank all the professionals who have been part of the XIV edition of the Elevator Pitch and extend our gratitude to La Tasca for kindly hosting the event and providing such a delightful Spanish flavoured breakfast! We are looking forward to seeing you at another event soon.<\/p>\n
