Booking policies:
Cancellation policy: The cancellation policy is subject to specific terms and conditions of the rate selected at the time of booking. During congresses or special dates, modifications, restrictions or changes may apply to the reservation. Refer to point 4 of this agreement for further details.
Group Reservations: Group Reservations: The special conditions of this contract are only valid and applicable to individual bookings. For reservations involving more than 5 rooms or 3 apartments per night, or for overnight stays as part of a group in our Hotels/Apartments, please kindly contact our Groups Department at +34 93 366 88 05 or via email at groups@derbyhotels.com, as these will be treated as Group bookings..
Apartment reservations: A damage deposit may be requested at the time of arrival. This block will be made by credit card and will be refunded at check-out.
Payment terms: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or bank transfer at least 72 hours prior to the client’s arrival, unless the company has credit with DHC. Other forms of payment must be authorized by our finance department.
The dates detailed below will be excluded from the general conditions of this offer, in which a 10% discount will be applied on our Best Available Rate on our website (discount not applicable to packages and promotions). The property can apply specific cancellation policies, restrictions and conditions for these dates.
